Everyday I learn something new by experimenting and trying new techniques in cooking and by new I mean new to me. I am also trying something I have never done before by making a blog. At first the idea popped in my head to make a blog but then the question was , "of what?" Shortly after I figured I would combine two things I am new at and share the experience with whoever is willing to read it. And so, here I am and here it is. Enjoy!
